From here you can safely order an official Scottish Adoption Certificate. We can supply any certificate generated between 1930 and 2006.

Our standard service provides a copy sent out typically within 10 working days. Please note that certificate production times are in addition to delivery times which will vary depending which speed of service is chosen.

For those requiring their certificate in a hurry, we offer an Priority service which aims to send your certificate within 4 working days. Once again, please note that this timescale excludes the delivery time which is in addition and depends upon the chosen method.

As an optional service, you can also have your order professionally scanned and emailed (Scan and Send) if you need the information as soon as we have it. This service is available for only an additional £3.00 per certificate).

For our overseas clients, you should be aware that some overseas authorities will require to you to have your document 'Legalised' to prove authenticity. This is known as an Apostille and is carried out by the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office. This often affects passport applications, social security applications and property purchases so you are advised to check before you order. We are happy to provide the Apostille service to you order, however please note that this adds approximately 2 weeks to the order process owing to the sheer volume of requests received by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office every week. the Apostille service charges add £45.00 per certificate.
